Diane Faulkner is the consummate professional, she really knows the local market and listens to her clients carefully. When she doesn’t agree with you, she backs up her position with solid facts and sound reasoning. In my case, her presentation of comparable home values was detailed and persuasive. To help me understand pricing in my neighborhood, Diane actually picked me up and took me to visit other houses for sale to make sure we priced my home well.
Diane was very involved in helping me prepare my home for sale and sent me links to new lighting fixtures and delivered paint, carpet & tile samples to me so we could evaluate options together. She referred excellent and reasonably priced contractors to make the necessary repairs and upgrades. I saved $4,000 in renovation costs by taking her advice. She helped me focus my time and money on improvements that would really increase my sale price and that saved me money.
She did a great job marketing my home, was almost always immediately available to answer questions (and I had a lot of them)! Plus, she has a small team of associates who were available as back up. One of them, Steve Longley was very helpful to me.
So, it’s not surprising that I sold my house in four days and got my price plus $1,000 in a buyer’s market. Diane is just a nice person, friendly, easy to work with, and humorous. I’m sure you can hire realtors who aren’t as good as Diane Faulkner; I’m not sure you can hire a better one.

Diane is such a nice, friendly, warm person that it was easy to work with her as she listed my town home for sale in January 2017. Diane made everything seem so easy to do and helped me from feeling overwhelmed in the process of getting my home ready for sale and then actually going through the process of accepting the winning bid and all the paperwork for the sale. She was with me every step of the way as she guided me about what home improvements to do to make my home sell quickly for the price that I wanted. I truly was amazed at her willingness to go the extra mile with everything from selecting contractors to helping me figure out what color to paint the walls. She truly offers concierge services to her sellers (and buyers). And when we received two competing offers on the first day that we listed my townhouse, she walked me through all the ins and outs of how to make the best counter offer, and then sealed the deal for me with a really attractive sales price. The icing on the cake was when the appraiser for the mortgage company explained to Diane that the offer price was more than similar houses had recently sold for and Diane worked hard with the appraiser to help him understand the improvements I had made and why my home should appraise for the high offer that I received. He signed off on a high appraisal and the buyers got their mortgage. Everything went through smoothly and quickly from start to finish.
Diane has also helped three of my financial planning clients sell their homes in the last year and was tireless in finding the right home for another one of my clients.
